Privacy Policy

  1. Scope & Controller Roles

Trendex acts as a controller for Platform data we determine (e.g., telemetry, fraud prevention) and as a processor for certain flows handled by integrated providers (e.g., on-ramp KYC where performed by third parties). Wallet/on-ramp/DEX partners are controllers for their services. Trendex does not act as controller of on-chain activity executed on public blockchains; such transactions are public, immutable, and outside Trendex’s control.

  1. Data We Collect

You provide: email, display name, support messages, creator inputs (token name/symbol/media), RSVP/shipping details for perks (when applicable).

Automatically: wallet addresses you connect, device & log data (IP, UA, OS, browser), session telemetry, anti-fraud signals.

From partners: limited KYC status or fraud flags from on-ramps, analytics, and public blockchain data linked to your wallet.

We do not store private keys.

During certain token-launch events, we may temporarily collect telemetry (e.g., request timestamps and IP hashes) to detect bot or “sniper” activity and ensure fair distribution. These logs are automatically purged within 30 days.

  1. How We Use Data

• Operate, secure, and improve the Platform;

• Detect/prevent fraud, abuse, and sanctions evasion;

• Surface token pages, analytics, discovery, and launch tools;

• Provide support and service messages;

• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., sanctions screening); and

• Produce aggregated/de-identified analytics to improve user experience and cultural features.

  1. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Contract (provide the Platform), Legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, improvements), Consent (where required for analytics/marketing cookies), and Legal obligation (sanctions/AML screening via partners, lawful requests).

  1. Sharing & Disclosures

We share with:

Service providers (hosting, analytics, security, support, email);

Wallet/on-ramp partners (to complete flows and prevent abuse);

Law/compliance (sanctions screening, lawful requests);

Corporate events (merger/acquisition);

Public blockchains (on-chain activity is public).

We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Trendex does not share personal data with licensed talent or their representatives except as strictly necessary to confirm perk fulfillment (e.g., confirmation that an item was signed or event occurred) and without revealing user contact details.

  1. International Transfers

We may process globally. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs for EEA/UK).

  1. Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, segregation). No system is 100% secure—secure your devices and social logins. While we safeguard off-chain data, you acknowledge that public blockchains are inherently transparent and may allow third parties to analyze activity outside our control.

  1. Retention

We retain personal data as long as needed for the purposes here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Wallet-linked logs are minimized and rotated per our security policy. Telemetry and launch-integrity logs are retained for up to 30 days. Fulfillment records for perks are deleted within 90 days after completion or audit closure.

  1. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights (we do not sell/share personal info). To exercise rights: privacy@trendex.tech. If you request erasure, we will delete off-chain records where possible but cannot alter public blockchain data.

  1. Children

Not for under-18s (or age of majority). We do not knowingly collect children’s data and will delete it if discovered.

  1. Cookies & Similar Tech

We use limited cookies/SDKs for session management, anti-fraud, and analytics. Where required, we display consent controls. You can manage cookies in your browser.

  1. Third-Party Services

This Policy does not cover third-party services you access through the Platform. Review their privacy notices.

  1. Changes

We may revise or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. The updated version will be identified by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and becomes effective when posted. Your continued use constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Policy.
